Meet Our Owner, Jeremy
I’m a proud native of Holt, Michigan. Growing up in a hardworking blue-collar family instilled in me the enduring values of the Midwest, with honor and integrity at the forefront. My father, who had run a plumbing company since 1970, introduced me to the trade early on, shaping my strong work ethic. I’ve always been around this industry. It’s in my DNA.
I officially entered the plumbing world after graduating high school in 1991, and over the years, I’ve immersed myself in various aspects of the field. From residential and commercial new construction to service and remodels, I’ve gained extensive experience, becoming well-versed in the intricacies of the plumbing industry.
My educational journey led me to Purdue University, where I earned a degree in project management. This academic background has complimented my hands-on experience, providing me with a well-rounded skill set for tackling diverse challenges in the professional realm.
In 2009, I relocated to Florida, where I continued to contribute to the plumbing service industry until 2013. A life-altering moment came with a near-fatal motorcycle accident that demanded resilience and determination. Overcoming this adversity, I redirected my focus to the managerial and administrative facets of the industry, drawing upon my skills in estimating, sales, and project management while developing strong managerial and leadership skills.
One of the aspects of my career that brings me immense satisfaction is connecting with people and helping them resolve their issues. Whether in a professional setting or my personal life, I find joy in making a positive impact and fostering solutions.
Outside of work, my heart belongs to my family. I cherish spending quality time and traveling with my wife and six boys, relishing the moments that bring us together. Life’s journey has taught me the importance of balance, and I strive to maintain it by blending my professional passion with the joys of family life.
In essence, I am a dedicated professional, a loving family man, and a resilient individual who finds fulfillment in both the challenges of the workplace and the warmth of personal connections.
Meet Our Co-Owner, Brian
Hello, I’m Brian Bland, co-owner of Spartan Plumbing & Drains. Many years ago, when I moved to Naples from New Jersey, I wanted to do something meaningful that would allow me to be of service to homeowners and businesses in my local community.
Helping people during times of extreme need is my greatest reward. After witnessing the hard water problems and constant demand for plumbing service and repairs here in Southwest Florida, I knew that this was where I could make a significant difference; from the smallest of repairs to full-home water filtration.
During my background as a Navy Seabee, I received extensive training in plumbing as a UT for my unit. Other training included HVAC, leak detection, electrical work, building, construction, and mold remediation.
These skills fueled my mission and passion for becoming a trusted resource for top-notch plumbing solutions. While helping homeowners in Southwest Florida for over 22 years, I have become highly regarded for my expertise, outstanding personal service, and attention to detail.
